I've used this planner page for months, and I cannot be satisfied more. Personally, the common habit tracker design (several habit lists in one page, like we often do in the bullet journal) couldn't help me from procrastinating more than a few weeks. So I've tried four different trackers on the bedroom wall, which I have to glance every morning and night, and it worked like magic. This design can be punched and used with a planner binder but I do recommend to use it as a wall planner. 

I quit my 'after work drinking' and 'soda for refreshing' habits after a few months. Proud of it!
